  • A quel court ai-je accès ?

    Les packages Hospitalités donnent accès au court Philippe-Chatrier en place catégorie Premium et aux courts annexes en placement libre.

  • Quand vais-je recevoir ma place exacte sur le court ?

    Les e-billets délivrés aux invités ne comportent pas les numéros de places sur les courts. Sur la présentation du E-billet à l'entrée de Roland-Garros, une contremarque est remise avec les numéros et rangs de sièges.

  • Quel est mon emplacement exact dans la tribune ?

    Toutes les places des packages VIP Sodexo Live! Hospitality sont en catégorie premium et donc très bien placées.
    Il n'est cependant pas possible de choisir un emplacement exact sur le court. Nos équipes sont néanmoins à votre écoute avant l'évènement si vous souhaitez nous faire part de vos souhaits. Nous pourrons adapter les places en fonction de nos disponibilités.

  • Quel match vais-je pouvoir voir le jour de ma venue ?

    Pour les sessions journées des 1er tours aux huitièmes de finales : Accès à trois matchs sur le court Philippe-Chatrier ainsi que tous les matchs sur les courts annexes.
    Pour les sessions soirées des 1er tours aux huitièmes de finales : Accès à un match (l'affiche du jour) sur le court Philippe-Chatrier ainsi que tous les matchs sur les courts annexes.
    Pour les demies finales : accès aux deux demi-finales dame le jeudi de la 2eme semaine et les 2 demi-finales homme le vendredi de la 2eme semaine.

    IMPORTANT: Nous ne pouvons savoir à l'avance quels / quelles joueurs/ses s'affronteront sur les courts.
    Les horaires des matchs peuvent également varier suivant la durée des précédents.

  • Quels objets sont interdits dans l'enceinte de Roland-Garros ?

    Tous les objets dangereux usuels sont interdits et plus specifiquement les perches à selfies, les sacs de plus de 15L, les bouteilles de plus de 1,5L, les casques, les objectifs d'appareils photos de plus de 20 cm et les pains de glaces. Une consigne est disponible à l'exterieur du stade pour ces objets notamment pour les valises ou les casques.

  • Ai-je accès à un vestiaire ?

    Chaque espace de restauration dispose d'un vestiaire pour déposer ses affaires. 

  • Puis-je sortir de l'enceinte du stade ?

    Toute sortie de l'enceinte de Roland-Garros est définitive. En revanche vous pouvez rentrer et sortir de chaque court comme vous le souhaitez à l'intérieur de l'enceinte.

  • Quel est le plan de table pour les repas assis ?

    Les plans de tables sont créés et attribués en amont de l'événement. Le nombre maximum de personnes par table est de 12 et minimum de 2. Les invités n'ont pas la possibilité de choisir leur emplacement. Dans certains cas, ils seront amenés à partager une table avec d'autres invités.

  • Proposez-vous des menus pour les régimes alimentaires spéciaux ?

    Tous les menus proposent une alternative végétarienne. Il est possible de commander 48h à l'avance une offre casher. Une menu "respect des interdits" est également possible.

  • Où puis-je me faire déposer et récupérer en taxi/vtc ?

    Pour l'accès à l'Orangerie et la Mezzanine, l'arrêt le plus proche est l'Hôtel Molitor avant de passer la sécurité. Pour l'accès au Pavillon, il est possible de se faire déposer juste devant le "Carrefour des anciens combattants".
